Children come to camp with different identities, abilities, family structures, cultures, strengths, and needs. We see these differences not as challenges to manage, but as important parts of who children are.

Our philosophy is rooted in equity, diversity, and belonging. This means we do more than treat children “the same.” We intentionally create environments where each child gets what they need to participate, succeed, and feel a sense of belonging.
